Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you require a deposit to complete booking?

We do require a deposit of 30% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your event and you will receive a full credit that is available for you to use for up to 365 days. Failure to reschedule or cancel will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.


2. Do I need to rent a generator if I rent a bounce house?

It is not required, but if you will be placing the inflatable more than 50' from an electrical source, you must use a generator. Please view our generators and accessories section to see our available inventory for rent.


3. What time will my items arrive if I selected delivery?

Your items will arrive prior to the time you selected as your party start time. We offer 6-hour rentals which will be picked up by 9:00PM unless your event goes later, in which case you need to select overnight rental. We will then pick your items up between 8AM-12PM the following day. We also offer 2-day rentals for an additional cost (50% of base cost).


4. If I rent a popcorn, cotton candy, frozen drink or snow cone machine, does it come with all needed supplies?

The listing for each of these machines is just for the machine itself. However, we do offer plenty of consumables like snow cone syrup, cotton candy sugar and holders, popcorn kits and drink mixes to choose from in our consumables section- https://shop.clevelandpartyrentals.com/category/consumables/


If you are renting a snow cone machine, please be sure that you have ice available to use in the machine.


5. What is your weather policy?

Our weather policy is the same as our normal refund policy- you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your event and you will receive the deposit paid back as a raincheck/credit you can use with Cleveland Party Rentals for up to 365 days after your original event date. If you do not cancel and our team sets up or delivers your items and weather causes you to cancel your event, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a credit.
